Railroad Tools and Solutions, (LLC) warrants all tools and products
to be defect free and that these items will meet or exceed customer expectations.
Any tool or
product upon delivery, that does not meet the aforementioned
criteria, will, on request, be exchanged; or the customer can
request a full refund, which will require a return
verification of item to Railroad Tools and Solutions (LLC).
All other returns will incur a 15% Restocking Fee and the customer shall be responsible for all freight charges
resulting in the return.
