INSULATED TIE PLATES
If the split of the rail is located on a tie rather than between two ties, an insulated plate should be used to ensure proper performance of the insulated joint.
We offer a rubber/fiber type of insulation tie plate and polyurethane unsulated tie plate.

SWITCH ROD INSULATION AND INSULATED GAUGE PLATES
Manufactured with the same type of polyurethane as our insulated rail joints.
Designed to last with little or no maintenance: urethane is highly resistant to deterioration normally caused by abrasion, extreme weather conditions, and environmental factors.TIE PADS
Durable polyurethane or rubber/fiber tie pads help prevent tie cutting by serving as a protective layer between the tie and steel tie plate.
Tie pads cushion rail vibration and minimize noise. |
